Job summary

Crypto.com is hiring a CFO, North Americas to lead finance, audit, tax, accounting and treasury for the U.S. and Canada. This executive partners with global finance and oversees regulatory reporting, internal controls, and capital planning.

The role covers Nadex, OG.com prediction markets, and the U.S. exchange, with SOX-like controls and a focus on digital assets. Hybrid work and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 15+ years in finance, with experience in financial services or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, derivatives accounting, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own financial strategy and long-range planning for Americas entities.
• Partner with Americas leadership on revenue, margins, and capital allocation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis across all lines.
• Ensure US GAAP financials and consolidation deliverables for global reporting.
