Job summary

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant, cost-effective health, retirement, and wellness programs that attract and retain talent.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, annual enrollment, and data-driven insights to inform benefits strategy, reporting to the Head of Global Benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, consulting, or human resources.
• Experience with US health and welfare plans and 401(k) retirement programs.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and retirement plan administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of North American health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Serve as SME for U.S. medical, dental, vision, life, disability, spending accounts, and 401(k) programs.
• Support plan governance, regulatory compliance, and vendor relationships.
