You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Compliance and vendors to deliver compliant, cost-effective benefits while driving employee engagement. The role combines technical benefits expertise with strong analytics, manages annual enrollment, supports budgeting and vendor negotiations, and requires 5–7 years of

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration or HR.
• Experience with U.S. health, welfare, and 401(k) retirement programs.
• Experience supporting open enrollment, vendor management, and compliance.
• Background in financial services or multi-state employer environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of North American health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Serve as SME for U.S. medical, dental, vision, life, disability, spending accounts, and retirement plans.
• Support governance, regulatory compliance, and vendor management to improve service levels.
• Lead annual enrollment, budgeting, forecasting, and program design changes.
