Job summary

Bluecrux is seeking a Marketing Manager, North America, to translate global strategy into regional programs that generate pipeline and strengthen our brand. You will work with Sales, GTM, and executives to drive demand, content, and events in a hybrid, Millburn, NJ-based role.

You’ll own campaigns across digital, events, and thought leadership, build a repeatable marketing engine, and measure ROI to influence strategic decisions for North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience developing integrated demand generation campaigns across channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Shape North American marketing strategy with global alignment.
• Design and execute multi-channel demand programs to generate pipeline.
• Create compelling content for North America and localize messages.
• Plan regional events, webinars, and partnerships with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, GTM, and leadership to drive revenue growth.
