Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Business Manager to lead the After Sales strategy, growth, and operational performance in North American regions. You will drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction while guiding the NA FTU Manufacturing/Operations team.)

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and cross-functional cooperation with Global Service, North American Sales, and other teams. Extensive travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, operations, or related field.
• Experience in business management, operations, After Sales/service, manufacturing, or related leadership role.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and financial growth of the After Sales business within assigned region(s).
• Drive revenue and margin growth, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop programs and initiatives to increase market share, improve profitability, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
