Job summary

Qualifications

• Accounting professional with 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Master degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or similar certification.
• In depth knowledge in financial accounting (R2R, IFRS, GAAP).
• Experience with local statutory requirements is preferred.
• Strong leadership and change management within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Own RTR process and balance sheet quality across assigned entities.
• Lead periodic month-end reporting to regional units.
• Develop guidelines for balance sheet review per local requirements.
• Ensure IFRS, local statutory and fiscal compliance for entities.
• Act as local contact for retained finance organization.
