Job summary

Arrive, a leading global mobility platform, seeks a Regional Head of Accounting & Control for North America & International Entities. The role is based in Atlanta, GA or Moorestown, NJ and oversees regional controllership, governance, and IFRS/US GAAP reporting across multiple entities.

The incumbent partners with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, People, and Operations to standardize accounting practices, drive audits, and manage regional finance teams. Strong leadership in SaaS finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CA/ACCA or international equivalent mandatory.
• 12+ years of progressive financial accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a global technology, SaaS, or software enterprise.
• Expert proficiency in IFRS; IFRS 15 is a plus.
• Deep experience with multi-currency and intercompany operations.
• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite).
• Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS conversion.
• Growth and international expansion leadership in accounting.
• Direct SaaS/Tech industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional controllership and financial governance for all North American corporate and operating entities.
• Oversee month-end close, IFRS and group reporting packages across entities.
• Coordinate local statutory audits, tax filings, and statutory accounts preparation.
• Design, implement, and monitor internal controls across regional entities.
• Lead external audits, drive audit planning and response to queries.
• Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and multi-currency consolidations.
• Lead regional accounting team across multiple US locations (Atlanta, NJ, FL).
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, People, Procurement, and Ops to align goals.
• Contribute to global process improvements, ERP automation, and policy standardization.
• Lead IFRS-based M&A integrations from day-1 to steady-state operations.
