Overview

Regional Controller role based in Nashville, TN. The position leads the accounting team and oversees all accounting functions, including AP/AR, month- and year-end close, and the preparation of financial reports for senior leadership and cross-functional operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team and oversee AP/AR, month- and year-end close, and financial reporting.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts; manage cash, purchasing, billing, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings and recommendations to the Regional VP, CFO, and Corporate Controller.
• Conduct monthly trial balance reviews and variance analysis.
• Support company M&A integration as needed.
• Travel to other branches monthly, typically for a day trip.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 6 - 10+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
• Proficient with month- and year-end close.

Nice to have

• Management/leadership experience.
• Experience conducting employee reviews and/or participating in hiring or firing.
• Accounting background within food/beverage industry.
• Inventory management experience.

Compensation

• Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr.
• Annual bonus: 15% of base salary.
• Title: Regional Controller. Job Type: Permanent. Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 (depending on experience) + 15% bonus.
