Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in engineering with a focus on managing projects
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
• Established relationships with Northern California transportation agencies (North Bay and Sacramento Valley)
• Proven success leading major pursuits for transportation infrastructure projects
• Credibility as a doer-seller with market leadership and project delivery expertise
• Strong leadership track record across multiple projects and teams
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• California PE license preferred
• Experience with state, regional, and local transportation agencies required

• Own and execute market growth strategy for Northern California transportation design
• Lead major pursuits for complex transportation projects (highway, municipal, transit, airports)
• Oversee day-to-day operations across offices and teams in the area
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction on projects
• Implement QA/QC throughout project lifecycles
• Mentor and develop staff, and support onboarding and training
• Collaborate with other BKF units for integrated client solutions
• Contribute to strategic planning and marketing efforts for regional growth
