Job summary

Jewish Federation Los Angeles seeks an Intelligence Analyst to support the CSI in Northern California. The role focuses on monitoring, collecting, analyzing, and disseminating threat information with nexus to the Jewish community.

Based at the JFEDLA office in Los Angeles, the analyst will produce intelligence products, monitor open sources, and coordinate with Bay Area security programs, reporting to the CSI Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent training.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in research, analysis, and development of threat intelligence products/reports.
• Regional knowledge of Northern California and Bay Area; Bay Area/Sacramento familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with OSINT and social media platforms for threat monitoring.
• Strong time-management, communication, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, collect, analyze, and disseminate regional threat information for CSI.
• Conduct open-source and social media monitoring for threats to the Jewish community.
• Produce briefings and actionable intelligence products in a timely manner.
• Research security-related issues including terrorism, hate groups, and socio-economic dynamics.
• Maintain data through case management platforms and liaise with security groups.
