NorBella Champlin, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team in Champlin, MN. On-Call shifts provide flexibility while making a meaningful difference in residents' daily meals and well‑being.

As a Chef/Cook, you will prepare and serve meals per planned menus and dietary needs, maintain sanitary work areas, and ensure proper storage of food and supplies, while collaborating with residents and staff to deliver nourishing options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a senior living setting preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally with residents, families and staff.

NorBella Champlin, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Chef/Cook to join our team!

NorBella Champlin is located in Champlin, MN, just off Hwy 169 and 117th Ave N next to a nice residential neighborhood and Elm Creek Park Reserve. This convenient location provides a peaceful lifestyle while remaining close to local shops, restaurants, and more. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment‑style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts and Wage

Shifts Available: On-Call

Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

Duties

• Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
• Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors, dishes, and utensils.
• Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
• Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
