Job summary

NorBella Savage, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a part-time Culinary Assistant/Server to support dining services for residents in Savage, MN. You’ll assist in meal preparation, service, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

We offer a supportive team, PM shifts (3:30pm-6:30pm), and wage growth with annual reviews. Prior senior living experience is preferred; strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour beverages and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to provide clean utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.

Shifts Available: Part-Time PMs (3:30pm-6:30pm)
Wage: $15.50-$20.50 per hour

In this position,you willberesponsibleforassistingin the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.

Duties Include:

Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• 16 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’sfamilies,and employees.

Must possess strong computer skills.
