Job summary

NorBella Centerville, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to support residents with personal care in our 40-unit Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

Shifts available: Part-Time AMs (6am-2pm), PMs (2pm-10pm), and On-Call. HHA wage $17.00–$22.00/hr; CNA wage $19.00–$24.00/hr; shift differentials $1.00 (PM) and $2.00 (NOC). If you are compassionate and enjoy enriching the lives of seniors, apply today and join a caring team.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or nursing support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

CNA's and HHA'sprovide direct care toall genders ofresidents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat eachresidentwith respect and dignity.

• Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovideattentive care.
• Assistwith medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
