Job summary

Lynker Corp. is seeking a qualified candidate to support a NOAA NOPP project. This role involves coordinating between NOPP and ONR, planning budgets, and producing reports for inter-agency initiatives.

Positions are full-time and may be done on-site or remotely with travel for meetings and field activities. The contractor will provide project management and inter-agency coordination services to facilitate NOPP and its partnership with ONR.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating between government agencies and programs.
• Ability to develop and track budgets and spend plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for briefings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Inter-agency Coordination: plan and coordinate between NOPP and ONR representatives; manage IAA drafts and IWGs, agendas and minutes.
• Financial and Spend Planning: document funding transfers and formulate annual NOPP spend plan.
• Reporting and Outreach: develop the NOPP Annual Report and expand program visibility; brief leadership on status.
• Programmatic Services: coordinate with NOAA science programs and laboratories for options and funding opportunities.
