Job summary

Axiom Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced NOPP Coordinator to provide project management and inter-agency coordination services for the National Oceanographic Partnership Program, in support of the U.S. Navy Office of Naval Research.

Responsibilities include coordinating between NOPP and ONR, drafting and managing IAA documents, planning monthly IWG meetings with agendas and minutes, and supporting NOAA program connections for opportunities and funding.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Able to pass background screening prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Inter-agency Coordination: plan and coordinate between NOPP and ONR representatives; manage IAA drafts and coordinate monthly IWG meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Financial and Spend Planning: document project funding transfers and formulate the annual NOPP spend plan for fiscal alignment.
• Reporting and Outreach: develop the NOPP Annual Report and execute outreach to expand program visibility; brief leadership on coordination status.
• Programmatic Services: coordinate with NOAA programs and laboratories for options and funding opportunities.
