NAVARRETE ELEMENTARY in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Noontime Aide for a 2-hour daily shift from 11:10 AM to 1:05 PM. The role involves supervising students in the cafeteria and related areas, ensuring safety and orderly behavior, and providing a positive lunchtime experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and the ability to relate to children of various ages. Many duties focus on student welfare, teamwork, and adherence to school policies and routines.

• Notify the school health office in case of an accident
• Perform all duties safely and prudently as directed

$16.53/hour

Calendar:

Full time: 1801 PT/180 work days, 6 paid holidays, 186 total paid days

Performance Pay:

Up to $600 Available annually, prorated based on FTE

Starting hourly rate will be determined based on experience in a full time, paid job with like duties held in the previous 10 years. 1% per year starting in year 2, not to exceed the max hiring range of 5%

Associates degree or higher in a like field may be considered for a 1% increase, combined with experience not to exceed 5% in addition to starting hourly rate for position.
