CHANDLER UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a part-time Noontime Aide to supervise students in the cafeteria and facilities. The calendar is 1801PT/180 work days with paid holidays and PTO.

Starting pay is $16.53/hour, with eligibility for performance pay up to $600 annually and incremental increases based on experience. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to work with children, and strong interpersonal skills.

Full time: 1801 PT/180 work days, 6 paid holidays, 186 total paid days

Performance Pay:

Up to $600 Available annually, prorated based on FTE

Starting hourly rate will be determined based on experience in a full time, paid job with like duties held in the previous 10 years. 1% per year starting in year 2, not to exceed the max hiring range of 5%.

Associates degree or higher in a like field may be considered for a 1% increase, combined with experience not to exceed 5% in addition to starting hourly rate for position.

Job Goal:
