Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall is seeking a guest-focused team member for the Noodle Bar to greet guests, offer assistance, and maintain a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere. You will bus and clean tables and coordinate with room staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Applicants should be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED preferred and be able to obtain local work cards and alcohol-awareness credentials. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Internal candidates must meet the Transfer and Promotion Policy.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards, alcohol awareness cards and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest in accordance with sequence of service standards.
• Offer their name and assistance upon guest arrival.
• Engage guests with a friendly and upbeat personality and build rapport with Noodle Bar patrons.
• Bus and clean Noodle Bar tables and service areas.
• Work with room staff to ensure exceptional guest experience and proper dining room flow.
• Report delays or guest opportunities to the Noodle Bar Head Chef.
• Use reservation tools, record reservations and cancellations accurately, and update the room manager on counts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets each guest in accordance with sequence of service standards


• Offers their name and assistance upon the guest’s arrival.


• Engages all guests with a consistently friendly and upbeat personality and strives to establish rapport with all Noodle Bar patrons.


• Buss and clean Noodle Bar tables and service areas.


• Works collaboratively with all room staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience and the proper flow of the dining room and bar.


• Immediately reports any excessive delay in the seating of guests or potential guest opportunities to the Noodle Bar Head Chef.


• Effectively utilizes all reservation tools, accurately records reservations and cancellations, and updates the room manager of expected reservation counts before and throughout the shift.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.


• Must be 18 years of age or older
