Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol seeks a part-time Outlet Server for Noodle Bar. Under the supervision of the Supervisor – F&B, you will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and deliver attentive service in a lively casino dining setting.

You must be flexible, able to stand for extended periods, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years’ guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior guest service at all Food & Beverage operations.
• Present menu, suggest courses and drinks, and take orders.
• Serve meals according to established rules and etiquette; check quality after each course.
• Total and collect payment; maintain cleanliness of tables and server stations.
