Job summary

Magnera is hiring a Machine Line Operator to support the production of nonwoven fabric used in wipes and cleaning products. You will work a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule (6:45am–7:00pm), operating and monitoring lines, performing setup, and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes quality control, documentation, and teamwork with Maintenance, Quality, and Production. Physical work in a heavy industrial environment is expected, with safety and GMP adherence.

Qualifications

• Required High school diploma or GED (We verify education)
• Manufacturing, machine operation, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience operating or the ability to learn to operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment used in the production of nonwoven fabric.
• Set up production lines and ensure machines are running safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections and make process adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Move raw materials and finished product rolls.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials.
