Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred 2 years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks safely, wearing required PPE and following safety regulations.
• Complete 1 Near Miss and 1 Observation per month.
• Follow all quality processes and procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and maintain hourly KPI boards and daily KPI graphs for your line.
• Troubleshoot quality or productivity issues and adjust machinery as needed.
• Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements.
• Perform 6S and housekeeping duties for a clean and safe work environment.
• Obtain and maintain Operator Certification.
• Train others as needed.

• Meet productivity standards
• Complete required documentation as well as completing the hourly KPI board and daily KPI graphs for your line.
• Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
• Make adjustments to machinery as needed
• Suggest improvements to processes or procedures
• Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements
• Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment
• Obtain and maintain Operator Certification
• Train others as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
