Job summary

Confie and its family of companies is seeking an Insurance Agent in Baton Rouge, LA to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This on-site role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and regular bonuses, plus ongoing training and a clear path for career growth.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and, if possible, a Department of Insurance license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Dept of Insurance License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurately account for currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned docs.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
