Job summary

Qualifications

• One (1) or more years of demonstrated experience in management consulting, advisory services, organizational strategy, business process improvement, or technology transformation, preferably serving nonprofit organizations, required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred for this role
• MBA or MPA is preferred for advanced positions

Responsibilities

• Executes defined tasks within advisory engagements, including organizational strategy and technology transformation
• Documents current-state processes and operating models through interviews and materials review
• Prepares drafts of reports, slides, memos for review by senior team members
• Supports change enablement activities by drafting communications and training materials
• Assists in financial modeling by populating templates and performing calculations
