Green Infrastructure Center (GIC) seeks an Executive Manager to serve as the Executive Director’s deputy, guiding organizational priorities, budgeting, and grant management. This role oversees operations across headquarters and field offices, supervises staff, and ensures program alignment with strategic goals.

The Executive Manager partners on financial planning, audits, and board reporting, mentoring staff and advancing GIC’s mission to apply nature-based solutions for healthier communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in senior management, supervising staff, budgeting, and grants management.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Executive Director’s deputy on priorities, program direction, and grants.
• Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis with accounting team.
• Oversee grants and contracts across federal, state, local, and private sources.
• Manage day-to-day operations of headquarters and field offices; ensure compliance and reporting.
• Supervise accounting staff; support staff development and performance reviews.
• Foster a collaborative workplace culture and effective stakeholder partnerships.
