Job summary

Level Pathways seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization with a focus on safe, student-centered service and sustainable growth. The role partners with the Board to set strategy, strengthen revenue, steward finances, and build community partnerships across the Southwestern U.S.

The successful candidate will bring nonprofit leadership, fundraising and donor stewardship expertise, strong financial and operational management, and collaborative staff leadership while upholding safeguarding

Qualifications

• Experience leading a nonprofit organization with fundraising success.
• Ability to work with a board and senior staff to set strategy and ensure program quality.
• Strong financial and operational management capabilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding, ethics, and compliance in work with youth and sensitive information.

Level Pathways protects, prepares, and positions students experiencing homelessness for their future. We seek an Executive Director to lead the organization’s next chapter of safe, student-centered service, sustainable growth, and community partnership.The Executive Director serves as chief executive and works in partnership with the Board to set strategy, safeguard program quality, strengthen revenue, steward finances, lead staff and volunteers, and represent Level Pathways throughout the community.
