You will provide project management support, help create tools, and assist with grantmaking and relationship management.

The role also involves research, coordinating events, and supporting data input, tracking, and evaluation efforts for a wide nonprofit audience. Hybrid opportunities may be considered.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Program Associate, Program Effectiveness will work closely with the Senior Manager, Programs Learning and Engagement to support the Foundation’s Nonprofit Sector Infrastructure (NPSI) strategy and Programs Learning and Engagement (L+E) body of work.

The Associate will provide project management support, will work with a team to co-create and implement programming and project management tools. This role will support grantmaking, support internal and external relationships, conduct research, coordinate convenings and events, and handle other duties as assigned. While the Associate’s time will be centered on supporting the NPSI work, the remaining time will aid in L+E’s efforts, including but not limited to: compiling communications for a wide nonprofit audience, managing customer service delivery to serve nonprofit partner inquiries and facilitating data input and tracking initiatives for measurement and evaluation work.

COMPENSATION

Position Budgeted: $50,000.00 to $53,000.00
