The ideal candidate will manage onboarding for new acquisitions, coordinate with HR on benefits, and prepare payroll-related data for audits and grants.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly staff.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Coordinate with HR on benefits deductions and grant allocations.
• Generate payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
