Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in process coordination, operations, or administrative roles, preferably nonprofit/fundraising.
• Understanding of donor management systems and marketing tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and generating dashboards to track KPIs.
• Knowledge of fundraising compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update metrics dashboards for donor engagement, campaign performance, and departmental KPIs.
• Monitor compliance with state charitable solicitation regulations and manage registrations.
• Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and reimbursements tracking.
• Liaise between fundraising, marketing, finance, and legal teams to streamline processes.
• Prepare donor reports and internal briefs for senior leadership.
