Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting/financial administration, preferably nonprofit

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly accounting reports.
• Maintain general ledger accounts with proper coding.
• Prepare financial statements and board reports; support annual audits.
• Support payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable.
• Administer insurance, leases, and vendor management.
• Provide backup to bookkeeper and assist with payroll coordination.
• Maintain confidential financial records with discretion.
