Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in email marketing and social media marketing communications and graphic design.
• Proficient with MailChimp and/or Constant Contact; experience with WordPress, HTML, and SEO.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; analytics experience; team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to promote The Arc Gateway’s mission, programs, services, and operations.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, newsletters, press releases, email campaigns, and print communications.
• Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, ads, presentations, signage, and fundraising collateral.
• Manage advertising (paid and donated) and support fundraising and community events.
• Maintain photography library and webmaster duties; ensure website content is current and SEO-friendly.
• Write and publish annual report and membership newsletter for donors, members, staff, and stakeholders.
• Monitor trends, analyze ROI, and adjust outreach strategies for greater visibility.
