You will work closely with the Finance Director to ensure resources are tracked accurately and funding requirements are met, while turning financial data into actionable insights for leadership and staff. The role emphasizes process improvements through technology, compliance with internal controls, and strong collaboration with program teams.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Ability to use Excel and BI/reporting tools to analyze financial data and create dashboards.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closings and budget-to-actual analyses.
