Job summary

Project for Pride in Living, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst to support the organization's financial health. The role covers monthly financial records, grant accounting, financial statements, and variance analysis, partnering with the Senior Director of FP&A to drive budgeting and forecasting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of finance experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of grants management. This is a full-time exempt position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Ability to develop financial materials that are easily understandable to a variety of audiences.
  • General knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving by assessing situations, collecting and analyzing information, and proposing effective solutions.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supports program accounting closing process
  • Evaluates grant funding expectations and prepares monthly/quarterly reimbursement requests
  • Provides analytical support regarding budget variances and financial performance
  • Leads meetings with program leaders to review departmental financial statements
  • Supports annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
  • Supports the annual audit process
