The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in event planning and CRM management. A passion for Irish affairs and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in administration, development, or event operations, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of a CRM database.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver results under deadlines.

• Lead the Young Partners chapters in Boston and New York.
• Plan and execute events to engage young professionals.
