The Development Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the development team, with a focus on gift processing, donor records, communications, scheduling, and event coordination. Approximately half of the role will be dedicated to supporting the planning and execution of the organization’s annual fundraising gala, including committee coordination, sponsorship outreach, auction support, meeting documentation, and event-day logistics. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with donors, leadership, and a collaborative development team.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity paying $29/hour during the temporary period, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. The role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with a Monday through Friday schedule and flexibility required for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays related to special events.
