This onsite opportunity in Northern California offers the chance to provide strategic and operational leadership while guiding a multidisciplinary leadership team through a period of transition.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a collaborative and compassionate leader who is passionate about supporting mission-driven programs and organizational excellence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Interim Executive Director will provide strategic and operational leadership, oversee program quality and compliance, and support a multidisciplinary leadership team through a period of transition. This individual will play a key role in fostering a positive culture, maintaining operational continuity, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
