This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cleveland, Ohio , with a combination of remote work, time in the Cleveland office, and occasional work at partner or program locations.
The Nonprofit Data Coordinator will provide essential data and evaluation support for programs serving youth and families, helping ensure information is accurate, accessible, and effectively used to support program outcomes. Reporting to the Evaluation Manager, this role will maintain database records, conduct real-time quality reviews, track key metrics, and support reporting and program fidelity efforts. This exciting opportunity offers a salary range of $52,000–$55,000 annually , depending on experience, along with medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays. This position follows a hybrid work model and may require occasional travel, including overnight travel, to support meetings, partner sites, community events, and program needs.
