This role ensures strong controls, accurate accounting, and timely close while collaborating with teams across Accounting, Property Management, and Auditors.

You will prepare reconciliations, analyze financial data, manage inter-entity billings, assist with audits and tax returns, and contribute to process improvements in a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA is a plus.
• Three years of accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Inter-company and consolidation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial information for two corporate entities.
• Prepare reconciliations, analyses, journal entries for close.
• Manage inter-entity billings, revenue, and receivables.
• Coordinate on restricted funds and expenses.
• Prepare management reports and assist audits and tax returns.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams and process improvements.
