Job summary

The Sanneh Foundation is seeking a Compliance Systems & Development VISTA to strengthen grant compliance, data management, and documentation across departments in Minnesota. You will review current processes, draft SOPs, and pilot automated reporting workflows to improve consistency and efficiency.

By collaborating with staff, you will develop standardized procedures, central dashboards, and sustainable resources that support grant tracking and reporting through the service year and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers/technology and basic writing/editing.
• Strong general skills and ability to learn new tools.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional knowledge in nonprofit grant compliance, organizational development, data management, documentation, internal communications, and process improvement.
• Assess current grant tracking and reporting systems to identify gaps and improve efficiency.
• Develop standardized documentation practices and SOPs for grant data and compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with staff to implement pilot improvements and share lessons learned.
• Compile documentation and recommendations for ongoing system development.
