Job summary

The Sanneh Foundation in Minnesota seeks a Community Outreach VISTA to assess and strengthen outreach practices, partnership networks, and engagement strategies, advancing organizational capacity.

You will develop a Sanneh Engagement Committee framework, build a centralized partnership-tracking system, and create templates, FAQs, and training materials to support sustained community connections.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience coordinating with community partners is a plus.
• Ability to organize information and support capacity-building efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assess outreach practices, partnerships, engagement strategies, and internal comms to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and refine the Sanneh Engagement Committee framework and meeting protocols.
• Build a centralized partnership-tracking system or CRM and support information migration.
• Research best practices to inform improvements in community engagement and resource recruitment.
• Create outreach templates, FAQs, talking points, and training resources for staff and volunteers.
