Job summary

Responsibilities

• Audit Google Drive to identify gaps and improve organization.
• Design a unified directory structure and naming conventions.
• Define access controls and data security policies.
• Migrate files to the new structure and document procedures.
• Create user manuals and training materials for staff and volunteers.
• Provide staff training and gather feedback to refine the system.
• Collaborate with departments to archive and retain essential documents.
• Develop onboarding resources and an end-of-project wrap-up guide.
