Job summary

Make-A-Wish Mid-South is seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage day-to-day digital communications, content development, graphic design and wish alumni storytelling. You will oversee the content calendar, publish brand-aligned content, and track performance across channels.

Collaborating with multiple teams, you will create materials with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, craft engaging alumni stories and support email and web content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, graphic design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in communications, digital marketing, content creation or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day content calendar and publish brand-aligned content across chapter digital channels.
• Create, schedule and monitor social media content; respond to comments and inquiries per guidelines.
• Draft and send segmented email communications and support audience-list management.
• Maintain and update chapter website content in coordination with the Director.
• Create short-form videos, slideshows and other digital assets.
• Use channel analytics to improve content timing and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with departments to execute campaigns and collect content.
