Job summary

ETFB Foundation in Tyler, TX seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting and audits for the foundation and its programs.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will drive strategy, ensure GAAP compliance, oversee grant accounting, and coordinate annual audits while partnering with the senior leadership team.

The role requires a CPA or graduate degree and at least 15 years in nonprofit financial management with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• Fifteen years of full-time financial management experience in nonprofits.
• Experience with government grants, budgeting, auditing and forecasting.
