MDS Communications Corporation is seeking a full-time Account Manager in Mesa, AZ, to oversee a small portfolio of nonprofit fundraising campaigns. You will manage the campaign lifecycle, monitor performance, and deliver client reports, while collaborating with operations, data, and production teams.

The role requires experience in nonprofit fundraising, strong communication, and project-management skills. Remote candidates will be considered, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding of nonprofit fundraising principles; mass-market fundraising experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, fundraising, project management, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally
• This position includes moderate copywriting and written client communication. While a cover letter is optional, candidates are encouraged to provide a brief writing sample or cover letter demonstrating their communication style.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day relationships for 2-3 nonprofit clients
• Coordinate the entire fundraising campaign lifecycle
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and campaign analysis
• Collaborate with internal operations, data, and production teams
• Lead client meetings and provide proactive communication throughout campaign lifecycles
• Support annual planning and budget discussions for assigned accounts
