Community Legal Services, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support CLS's mission.

You will develop reports and dashboards, maintain Power BI dashboards, and help establish KPIs with managers across the nonprofit law firm. You will collect and clean data from internal systems and public datasets, build automated data pipelines, ensure data quality, and present clear visualizations to promote data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related role.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python or R.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience in grant-funded nonprofit environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of LegalServer, Qualtrics, GA4, PureCloud, Virtuous CRM, ArcGIS Online.
• Valid Florida driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
