Job summary

Chaffin Luhana LLP is seeking a part-time Business Intelligence Analyst to turn financial and operational data into actionable insights. You will develop dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, and report on KPIs across departments, practice areas, and campaigns.

Remote, 10–20 hours per week, with collaboration across CFO, Director of Finance, and departmental leaders to improve data visibility and profitability analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; MBA/CPA desirable.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in senior financial managerial positions.
• Strong BI and analytics experience in a professional services setting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work 10–20 hours per week remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Define, calculate, and report meaningful financial and operational KPIs with leaders.
• Analyze profitability across practice areas and departments.
• Develop reporting to evaluate profitability by case type and characteristics.
• Analyze attorney production, staffing costs, productivity, and other metrics.
• Partner with Marketing to evaluate acquisition costs and ROI.
• Develop departmental scorecards and analysis for firm leaders.
• Support targeted financial and operational analysis requested by leadership.
