Goodwill of Southern Arizona seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to own and expand its analytics environment. You will develop dashboards, dataflows, and reports to support workforce development, retail, and finance while maintaining data quality and security.

Responsibilities include partnering with program teams to define reporting needs, building data integrations, and automating reporting processes. The role requires strong SQL skills, cloud BI experience, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, data analytics, business analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting BI, analytics, data reporting, or related solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL including data extraction, validation, transformation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience developing dashboards, datasets, and reporting solutions on a cloud BI platform.
• Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple systems and data sources.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, calculations, and BI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the organization’s BI environment, dashboards, dataflows, and applications.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards for operations and leadership.
• Build data integrations from internal and external sources.
• Write SQL queries and scripts to support reporting and automation.
• Ensure data quality controls and maintain security and access policies.
• Train users on dashboards and self-service analytics tools.
