Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting/business administration (or equivalent) with 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and cloud-based accounting software.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with diverse, remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee A/P, A/R, and staff credit card postings and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Prepare cash flow reports, audits, and tax filings (IRS Form 990).
• Collaborate with Sr Director of Operations and outsourced controller on projects.
