Qualifications

• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience managing month-end close, audits, and accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to design and strengthen internal controls and process improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
• Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop accounting staff; assign work and review output.
• Review complex reconciliations and provide guidance on accounting treatment.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and disclosures for the Foundation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Oversee Foundation accounting, including routine transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance support.
