Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Manage timely month-end close and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Budget Management: Monitor budget vs. actual performance and suggest adjustments.
• Grants and Funding: Assist in grant applications and reporting for state funding.
• Audit and Compliance: Support annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Financial Strategy: Contribute to development of financial strategies and goals.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the accounting/finance team.
