Job summary

Homeless Solutions, Inc. in Morris County, NJ seeks a Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations for a multi‑faceted housing and human services organization.

You will lead accounting for 17 affordable properties, ensure GAAP compliance, and produce timely, accurate financial reporting with strong internal controls. You will supervise a small accounting team, manage monthly and year‑end closings, grant budgeting, contract billing, and reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• CPA or CMA designation highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and year-end closings and financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll allocations, and revenue reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, grant and program budgeting, and fund accounting.
